Terms & Conditions

1. The survey closes on the 6th November 2009.
2. In order to award the prize we need to be able to contact the winning respondent. So, to qualify for the prize draw you must give us an e-mail address. E-mail addresses and names will not be linked to completed surveys, and your anonymity is guaranteed.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
4. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prize winner will be notified via e-mail once the draw has been done in November 2009. The prize winner will be drawn on a random electronic basis. Should a prize winner not claim his/her prize within 3 months of the date of notification, it will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
6. Careers24 reserves the right to change the prize.
7. Personal information collected is not shared with any third party.
8. Staff members of 24.com, Media24, their agencies, as well as their immediate families are not eligible for the prize.
9. You will receive a notification about the winner once the draw has been made.
10. You will receive a notification about the results once they are available.
11. You will receive no further communication from Careers24 unless you have signed up for our services, or subscribed to our newsletter or promo-mailer.
